Fibre Flare™ is a quality product and we want you to be happy… if you have any complaints please contact us. If your product fails for any particular reason simply take it back to the store of purchase and we can take it from there..


The LEGALS of the warranty

ALL Fibre Flare™ products are warranteed to be free from any defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase identified on the
sales receipt. Our warranty applies when our product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, accidents, acids, water, misuse or neglect and is limited to the value of the product.

This warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights in relation to your country.

All returns will be subject to inspection and approval by A.L.L Innovations Pty Ltd or our distributor in your country before any repair or replacement is authorised. Defects discovered after the 12 month period can usually be repaired (depending on parts availability), but will be subject to charge.

So contact your place of purchase or contact us and we will do our best to make you happy.

Battery Replacement

  1. Gently peel back the silicone cap using your thumb and index finger until you expose the metal latch (the silicone cap remains attached to the housing)
  2. Using the nail on your index finger lift the metal latch from the corner (it should ‘POP’ open easily)
  3. Slide the battery out and replace with a fresh battery making sure the Polarity is correct
    CORRECT POLARITY IS POSSITIVE (+) FACIING OUTWARDS
  4. Close the metal latch by pushing down on the latch with your thumb until you hear a ‘click’ sound (this is the sound of the latch locking)
  5. Gently replace the silicone cap using your thumb and index finger until its back in its original position.
    (don't stretch it too much, just enough to get it back into place)
  6. Repeat process for the other end
    TIP: After battery replacement you can use your fingers to massage the silicone skin a little to ensure its in the correct position

Activating Fibre Flare™

To turn Fibre Flare on simply press on the power symbol..

Switch Activation
  1. Press ONCE to turn ‘ON’
  2. Press AGAIN to activate ‘STROBE PROGRAM’
  3. Press AGAIN to turn ‘OFF’
    TIP: Using the Strobe Program makes you more visible to traffic and extends your battery life by up to 5 times!
