Warranty Info

 

Fibre Flare is a quality product and we want you to be happy… if you have any complaints please write to us at info@fibreflare.com if your product fails for any particular reason simply take it back to the store of purchase along with your proof of purchase. If you purchased your Fibre Flare direct from this site, we will look after you direct (see below).

Returns Policy:

We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind about purchasing an item or wish to swap the item. All purchases are final. So please be sure you choose the item you wish to purchase carefully! Of course we do offer a 12 month Warranty on all Fibre Flare products purchased.

Fibre Flare Warranty:

ALL Fibre Flare products are warranted to be free from any defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase identified on the
sales receipt. Our warranty applies when our product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, accidents, acids, water submersion (Fibre Flare is 'water resistant' ie: rain and muck is fine, it is not 'water poof' so please do not submerse), misuse or neglect and is limited to the value of the product.

If you have purchased your Fibre Flare product from a physical retail outlet, you must return the faulty product to the place of purchase including your proof of purchase, the store will then handle your claim directly.

This warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights in relation to your country.

All returns will be subject to inspection and approval by A.L.L Innovations Pty Ltd or our distributor in your country before any repair or replacement is authorised. Defects discovered after the 12 month period can usually be repaired (depending on parts availability), but will be subject to charge.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

Our Warranty policy lasts 12 months from the day of purchase. If 12 months has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you replacement product. 

All Warranty claims (if approved) are settled by replacement product of the same or equal value, we do not offer a monetary refund for Warranty claims.

To complete your Warranty claim, contact us at info@fibreflare.com briefly explain your claim in writing and be sure to included a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase (be sure to print yours off if you have purchased online), photos of the defective product may also assist in your claim if you do not provide photos we may ask you to do so. Furthermore we may ask you to return the faulty product by post.

Once your warranty claim is received and photos and/or faulty product inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your warranty claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty claim.

If you warranty claim is approved, then your replacement product will be sent to you at our cost within 3 days (actual transit postage time may vary from country to country)

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 651 Rye, Victoria AUSTRALIA 3941

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning warranty claimed item (if requested to do so). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your warrant claim is approved, the cost of return shipping will be at our cost. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
